This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard "Determination of Five day Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD5) in Water Quality - Dilution and Inoculation Method HJ 505-2009". It is a specialized BOD analysis instrument developed specifically for China's water quality situation and national regulatory requirements. It uses a simple, safe, and reliable mercury free pressure difference sensing method (respiration method) to measure BOD in water, with a fully automatic design and unmanned measurement process. It automatically records and prints data to prevent mercury poisoning accidents caused by mercury column leakage. It is widely used in environmental protection, scientific research monitoring, production monitoring, and other fields, and is an ideal instrument for environmental monitoring and control.

1) Fully automatic measurement of BOD content in surface water, urban sewage, and industrial wastewater, with no need for operator supervision throughout the measurement process;
2) Using a simple and safe mercury free differential pressure sensing method to measure BOD in water, preventing mercury poisoning accidents caused by mercury column leakage;
3) Choose a reliable and stable 7-inch full-color LCD touch screen, with a clear display control interface and full graphic human-machine interactive operation, to provide customers with the most friendly and convenient operating experience;
4) Real time storage of detection data and automatic drawing of data curves, without the need for conversion, directly displaying BOD concentration values;
5) The detection data can be retained when the power is turned off. In case of unexpected power failure, the instrument will automatically save the data, and the experimental process will continue automatically after power on;
6) Intelligent automatic temperature compensation, when the sample temperature is high or low, the measuring instrument can automatically delay until the sample temperature is suitable before measuring
7) Support simultaneous detection of 1-6 water samples, up to 6 samples can be detected at once;
8) The cultivation time and measurement range can be flexibly set according to actual testing needs, with maximum support for direct testing of 4000mg/L water samples;
9) The instrument is equipped with a branded micro thermal line printer, which can quickly print measurement parameters, process data, and result data;
