◆ Principle of Crushing and Grading:
The material (≤ 6mm) is sent into the crushing chamber under the negative pressure of the fan suction. The crushing chamber consists of three crushing zones, the first crushing zone:Pendulum——Can crush various harder materials such as minerals, skins, and animals; Second crushing zone:Swing the knife——Can crush various fiber materials, roots, whole plants, fruits, fungi, flowers, and others; Third crushing zone:Fixed knife——By adjusting the gap, the granularity can be controlled. The crushed material is transported to the classification chamber by the impeller. Under the action of the grading wheel, a centrifugal force field is generated. Qualified fine powder is moved towards the center of the rotor, sucked away by the induced draft fan, and then collected by components such as the cyclone collector; Coarse particles are returned to the crushing chamber and undergo secondary crushing by the crusher. The material recovery rate is above 99%.
The unit is designed according to the "GMP" standards of pharmaceutical companies, made entirely of stainless steel, and has no dust flying during the crushing process. It can be installed in clean workshops.

The material (≤ 6mm) can be directly processed by this system to obtain ultrafine powders of 0.5-40 μ m.

Because the kinetic energy of the first crushing zone is smaller than that of the second crushing zone (diameter increases from small to large); The gap between the teeth and the grinding tool also decreases from large to small; The grinding tool changes from flexible to rigid; So, the crushing process is a process of pre crushing, strong crushing, and fine crushing. At the same time, each crushing interval partition has a certain angle with the crushing zone, which has a certain blocking effect on the crushed material and is conducive to the crushing effect.
3The crushing chamber is relatively separated from the grading chamber, resulting in high crushing output
Due to the relative separation between the crushing chamber and the grading chamber, the crushed material will not remain in the crushing chamber for too long due to the obstruction of the grading wheel, avoiding the phenomenon of "over crushing". Thereby increasing the crushing capacity.
4Unique design of grading chamber and grading wheel, uniform powder particle size
The uniquely designed grading chamber and vertical grading wheel with variable frequency speed regulation do not require a sieve, and can grade product particle size at low speeds; The cyclic feeding structure strictly limits the "large particles" and avoids over crushing, resulting in a narrow particle size distribution and uniform particle size of the product; The use of grading wheels avoids the difficulty of sieving powders with a mesh size of 150 or more.
5Low crushing temperature:
Install air ducts at the feeding end of the crushing chamber (cold air can be connected if necessary). Due to the presence of induced draft, the temperature generated during crushing is carried away by the induced draft, and a circulating water jacket device is added to further reduce the temperature generated during crushing.
6Fully enclosed negative pressure operation, no leakage of powder occurs during the crushing process, no environmental pollution, and low noise;
7The part in contact with the material is made of high-quality austenitic stainless steel, with rounded corners and quick installation connection. It is easy to disassemble and install, and easy to clean.
