    Product Overview:

    The instrument applies the principle of microcoulometry titration and computer-controlled data acquisition and processing. The sample is injected into the lysis tube by an automatic sampler for reaction, and the tested element is converted into titratable ions, which are carried into the titration cell by a carrier gas for titration. The titrant in the electrolyte is consumed, and an equal amount of titrant is generated and consumed. The amount of electricity consumed during the electrolysis process is measured, and the content of the tested element in the sample is calculated according to Faraday's law. According to different configurations, the content of sulfur or chlorine in the sample can be measured separately.

    Instrument features:

    1. The new microcoulometer is fully equipped and widely used.

    2. The instrument adopts a new temperature control technology, a new PID algorithm, precise temperature control, over temperature alarm and automatic correction, which eliminates the phenomenon of easy burnout of the cracking furnace

    3. The cracking furnace adopts imported electric furnace wire and advanced insulation cotton, greatly extending the service life of the furnace.

    4. The electrolytic cell and quartz tube adopt unique technology to ensure the detection of trace sulfur and chlorine.

    5. Fully computer-controlled, displaying the status, parameters, and printing various results of the entire process.

    6. Simple operation, reliable performance, good stability, easy installation, and the cracking system is air-cooled.

    7. The instrument gas pipeline adopts imported passivated stainless steel pipeline, which reduces the adsorption of the sample by the pipeline to a very low level.

    8. The sampler adopts wheel injection and imported stepper motor for precise control, with no noise during injection.
