Tail coal dryer

Tail coal dryer is a type of coal with poor quality that contains a large amount of impurities. Coal types in Dongsheng, Inner Mongolia are also known as tail coal, such as lignite and long flame coal, which have low coal content and low calorific value. The tail coal dryer produced by our factory can dry and improve the quality of these coal types, increase the heat generation and combustion of the tail coal, and effectively solve the local coal consumption and waste situation.
Tail coal dryer is a quality improvement drying equipment for coal types with low coal content, such as lignite and long flame coal. It can effectively increase their calorific value, combustion value, and reduce emissions, improving local coal consumption and air pollution.

The tail coal material is transported by the conveyor to the higher end of the cylinder and fed into it. When the cylinder rotates, it drives the plate on the inner wall of the cylinder to stir fry and disperse the material, allowing it to fully contact the lower end of the incoming heat carrier with the maximum area, and quickly evaporate the moisture contained in it. After drying, the material is discharged. After drying, a large amount of water vapor containing dust is removed from the cylinder and collected by the dust collector for purification before being discharged into the atmosphere.
