High rigidity casting body
The casting body has been calculated through engineering simulation analysis (Cosmos), and the column and head are designed with double layered walls, which have high bending and torsional rigidity.
Fully supported workbench with hard rail structure
The workbench adopts a fully supported hard rail structure, combined with Turcite-B and manual scraping to ensure that the workbench reduces the damping coefficient under load, ensuring smooth operation and grinding accuracy of the workbench.
Balance and counterweight system for upper and lower axis configuration
Mechanical balance weights are installed on the top and bottom of the grinding head to maintain vertical feed throughout the entire process, reduce head tilt, improve machining accuracy, and extend service life.
Oil pressure system equipped with oil cooling system
Double cylinder drive type, combined with the design of an independent hydraulic system, enables the worktable to have adjustable speed and low vibration characteristics in multiple stages of 7-25m/min. It is equipped with a hydraulic oil cooler to first circulate and cool the temperature of the return oil, and supply normal temperature hydraulic oil to the hydraulic system at any time to maintain the accuracy of machine grinding and avoid affecting the accuracy of the workpiece due to high oil temperature.
High precision flange spindle
Each spindle of our company is fully developed and manufactured by Jiande Factory in Taiwan. From the raw materials of the outer tube to assembly (except for imported bearings), it is assembled in a temperature controlled and dust-free workshop without outsourcing. Because under such strict production conditions, the spindle is less affected by temperature changes, has low noise and no vibration, and can provide years of service without problems. This machine adopts a flange type spindle design, equipped with CP4 grade precision angular ball bearings, V3 grade low vibration motors, and dynamic balancing. After installation on the head seat, it ensures that the spindle deflection is far below 0.002mm.
Automatic lubrication system
The automatic lubrication device is used to ensure optimal lubrication for each transmission screw and sliding surface. The lubrication system is equipped with a self detection function. When the liquid level in the oil tank drops to the set position, the liquid level switch will sound an alarm.
PLC electrical control system
LCD touch screen, soft key panel, clear setting of various grinding conditions, diverse grinding methods for touch screen settings, simple and convenient operation. Easy to learn and understand, no need for professional training, its parameters are stored in flash memory (Flash RAM), and there is no problem of data loss due to power outages.
Simple graphical operation setting
Automatic grinding can be set to coarse grinding, semi fine grinding, fine grinding, and light grinding, and can directly input the feed rate, feed frequency, and light grinding frequency of various grinding methods; Enter the total grinding amount, coarse grinding increment, fine grinding amount, and fine grinding increment, no spark stroke, and the distance of the grinding wheel spindle retreat. After the cycle ends, the workbench stops and the spindle and cooling device can be set to continue or stop running according to the operator's habits.
Splash proof wall panel
A splash proof wall panel can be installed behind the machine to effectively block the splashing of grinding water and iron filings behind the machine. This not only maintains the cleanliness of the machine, but also prevents grinding fluid from spraying into the machine's slide rails, ensuring the machine's lifespan and accuracy.
