The HY-NBL tar flowmeter is mainly used for flow measurement of high viscosity and low Reynolds number fluids, and has gone through two major development stages: pneumatic and electric meters. The intelligent target flowmeter is a new type of flow measurement instrument developed based on the measurement principle of the original strain gauge target flowmeter, using the latest capacitive force sensor as the measuring and sensitive transmission element, and utilizing modern digital intelligent processing technology.

The use of capacitive force sensors in the HY-NBL tar flowmeter is the key to achieving high precision and stability in this new product. It completely changes the various defects of strain gauge target flowmeters, such as large temperature drift, poor overload (impact) resistance, and static sealing points. It not only utilizes the original technical advantages of target flowmeters, but also has measurement accuracy comparable to volumetric flowmeters. In addition to its unique anti-interference and anti impurity performance, it can replace the flow measurement problems that can be measured by conventional flow meters, especially in difficult flow measurement conditions such as small flow rates, high viscosity, easy condensation and blockage, high temperature, low temperature, strong corrosion, and strong vibration, and has good adaptability. At present, it has been widely used for flow measurement in various fields such as metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, energy, food, and environmental protection.


Working principle

The HY-NBL tar flowmeter mainly consists of a measuring tube (housing), a new type of capacitive force sensor (including a blocking element), an accumulation display, and an output part. According to different media and working conditions, suitable capacitive force sensors must be selected. Therefore, providing accurate measurement objects and parameters by users and selecting appropriate capacitive force sensors by manufacturers are the key to whether the product can measure accurately.

No movable parts, reduced sealing surface, greatly reducing leakage rate, convenient for installation and daily maintenance;

Wide measurement range, with a maximum measurement range of 15:1 (liquid) or 8:1 (gas);

Accurate measurement and high precision, flange type can reach 0.25% (liquid) or 1.0% (gas);

It has multiple output forms such as 4-20mA, frequency, RS485 communication, HART bus protocol, etc;

Good repeatability, generally ± 0.1%, with optional small signal removal, non-linear correction, and selectable filtering time;

The pressure loss is small, and the small diameter is only about 1/2 △ P of the standard orifice plate; The pressure loss of DN100 caliber and above has significantly decreased;

Easy to install, easy to maintain, highly resistant to interference and impurities.
