The RevEye PLUS-DD high-precision intelligent appearance inspection equipment, developed by Korey Technology in 2021, compared to the RevEye AOI 360 frame inspection equipment launched in 2020, highlights and detects defect types captured at specific angles through multi angle, multi spectral, and multi field of view photography, while achieving sub-pixel level size measurement.

1. It can freely retrieve and control the defect database according to customer needs, and has precise defect size measurement function to meet the requirements of missed detection and yield rate;

2. Dual collaborative robots divide labor and perform automated loading and unloading in sections, with flexible motion covering any angle of irregular products, enabling high-speed detection of all external surface defects of products and real-time monitoring of production line yield;

3. For different products, automatically track the motion trajectory and compensate for it, remove the influence of mechanical errors, correct image offset, and ensure testing accuracy;

4. Improve the hardware of the optical phase, enhance the ability and accuracy of defect detection, and adopt special spectral and lighting techniques for detecting difficult to identify defects. Different angles and intensities of spectral light sources are used to highlight and identify defects. Surface color difference can be detected, with a color difference range of 5-10GV, depending on the material;

5. Sub pixel level judgment can be made for features such as edges, holes, and arcs of parts, with non-contact measurement, achieving zero pollution and damage to the measured object.

With the addition of new members to PLUS-DD, Korui Technology has established a presence in the AOI field RevEye-Precision、RevEye-Integral、RevEye-Cosmetic、RevEye-Odd Shape、AOI 360 Box detection equipment, etc. It can be widely used for appearance defect detection and product measurement of 3C products, automotive components, medical devices, hard disk components, and other products.
