The intelligent thermal calibration system is the latest product developed for the automatic calibration of large quantities of thermocouples and thermal resistors. The intelligent thermal calibration system is a measurement and control system composed of a high-end microcomputer as the core, equipped with high-precision digital multimeter, low potential scanning switch, and management software. The operator can easily operate the entire process with a mouse under the WinXP/UNIX/LINUX operating system, and the microcomputer system displays the temperature control curve, temperature, and calibration time parameters of the calibration furnace (or oil tank, low-temperature tank, etc.) in real time. The system fully processes data in accordance with the current national metrological verification regulations, and can print various record forms and verification certificates. It can also retain original records for future reference. The system has fully automated the calibration process of thermocouples and thermal resistors, including automatic temperature control, automatic calibration, automatic data processing, and automatic printing of calibration results. Greatly reducing the labor intensity of operators and improving the quality of calibration work. This device also provides authentication programs and data file management programs for the system, providing convenience for operators to archive, retrieve, and query the authentication and verification results of the system. The HK-R1 intelligent thermal calibration system can be used to calibrate various temperature instruments such as thermocouples, industrial resistance thermometers, expansion thermometers, as well as various temperature sensors and transmitters, and to calibrate second-class standard thermocouples.
