Thermal ionization mass spectrometer HM1000A
Product Introduction:
The HM1000A thermal desorption mass spectrometer used for screening phthalates will help you produce products that comply with the RoHS 2.0 directive.
HM1000A utilizes advanced APCI (Atmospheric Pressure Chemical Ionization) and mass spectrometry techniques to rapidly and cost effectively determine the total amount of phthalates in samples. If the total amount exceeds the value specified in RoHS 2.0, a more accurate method can be used for further analysis.
The standard samples selected by HM1000A do not require further analysis, which helps reduce the significant time and cost required for precise analysis.
Detailed introduction:
Thermal ionization mass spectrometer (for phthalate ester inspection) features:
1. Quickly check: The shortest measurement time for one sample is within 10 minutes!
The vaporized compounds can be directly analyzed for quality, enabling high-speed measurement.
2. It can automatically measure 50 samples continuously within 8 hours
By using an automatic sampler (standard equipment), simply click the measurement button to automatically measure up to 50 samples continuously. During the measurement process, it is also possible to prepare the next sample to be measured and other tasks, thereby improving business efficiency and reducing the workload of operators.
From sample extraction to measurement, the operation is very simple!
Cut an appropriate amount of sample and place it in the sample cup, then place it on the sample tray. Afterwards, perform simple software operations and start automatic measurement using an automatic sampler. Displaying sample images on the software operation screen allows for real-time confirmation of the progress and judgment results (OK/NG) of continuous measurements.
4. Low operating costs
The carrier gas used is nitrogen. By relying on a gas generator (purchased locally), it is easy to use with only a power supply. Exemption from the use and management of helium, liquid nitrogen, etc. has continuously reduced operating costs.
