Thin walled steel pipes are all cold drawn. Spiral steel pipe is a spiral seam steel pipe made of strip steel coil as raw material, often formed by warm extrusion, and welded by automatic double wire double-sided submerged arc welding process. Spiral steel pipes feed the strip steel into the welded pipe unit, where it is rolled by multiple rollers and gradually rolled up to form a circular billet with open gaps. The pressing amount of the extrusion roller is adjusted to control the weld seam gap between 1-3mm and ensure that both ends of the weld are level.

d. All equipment on the entire production line has the function of networking with the computer data acquisition system to achieve real-time data transmission, and the technical parameters during the production process are controlled by the central control room.

Stacking principle requirements
1. The principle requirement for stacking spiral steel pipes is to stack them according to their varieties and specifications while ensuring stability and safety. Different types of materials should be stacked separately to prevent mixing and mutual erosion;
2. It is prohibited to store items that can corrode steel around the spiral steel pipe stack;
3. The bottom of the spiral steel pipe stack should be elevated, sturdy, and flat to prevent moisture or deformation of the material;
4. The same materials are stacked separately according to the order of storage;
5. Spiral steel pipe sections stacked outdoors must have wooden pads or stone strips underneath, with a slightly inclined stacking surface to facilitate drainage, and attention should be paid to placing the materials flat to prevent bending and deformation;
6. The stacking height of spiral steel pipes shall not exceed 1.2m for manual operation, 1.5m for mechanical operation, and 2.5m for stack width;
7. There should be a certain passage between stacks, and the inspection passage is generally 0.5m. The access passage depends on the size of the material and the transportation machinery, and is generally 1.5-2.0m;
8. When stacking angle steel and channel steel in the open air, they should be placed facing downwards, while I-beams should be placed upright. The I-groove surface of the steel should not face upwards to avoid water accumulation and rust;
9. Raise the bottom of the stack. If the warehouse has a sunny cement floor, raise it by 0.1m; If it is a muddy ground, it must be raised by 0.2-0.5m. If it is an open-air site, the cement ground should be raised by 0.3-0.5m, and the sand and mud surface should be raised by 0.5-0.7m.
