[Work Process]

Complete the entire process of filtration, washing, and drying continuously in the same container.

1. Filtering

Operating under vacuum or pressure to achieve solid-liquid separation, the filter cake is smooth during filtration, and the solid-liquid separation effect is good;

2. Cleaning

The upper part of the head is equipped with a washing solution inlet, and the filter cake and cleaning solution are mixed through a lifting and stirring blade to ensure sufficient washing of the material. The container is equipped with an automatic rotating spray device to evenly distribute the cleaning solution inside, which can achieve internal cleaning;

3. Filter cake flat material

The stirring blade rotates in the opposite direction to smooth out the cracks on the surface of the filter cake, avoiding the cleaning solvent from short circuiting along the cracks;

4. Backblowing

By using a blowback device, avoid clogging of the filter screen caused by prolonged pressure filtration;

5. Drying

The filter cake is scraped layer by layer by the stirring blade, and the equipment heating device evenly heats the filter cake to accelerate evaporation and achieve the purpose of drying;

6. Unloading

After drying, the stirring blade rotates forward, scraping and pushing the material to automatically discharge from the discharge port on the equipment side.
