Three methods of landscape water treatment technology system

1、 Using physical methods to treat scenic water
1. Circulating filtration method: Based on physical principles, impurities in landscape water are separated from the water to maintain its cleanliness. This method usually uses chemical agents to form sediment with pollutants in the water as an auxiliary method, forming a set of landscape water treatment plans. In engineering examples, this method has shown good results in treating landscape water bodies containing high levels of suspended solids (SS) or sediment. The circulation period during use is an important constraint on the effectiveness of treatment. Generally, if the circulation period is less than 48 hours, that is, if it is filtered once within 2 days, the water quality is more guaranteed. If it exceeds 48 hours, the water quality is not easily guaranteed. If the water area is large, sometimes in order to reduce costs, it is necessary to extend the circulation filtration cycle to 3-5 days or even longer, and the water quality of the lake cannot be guaranteed. Moreover, this method has little effect on the inhibition and treatment of organic matter and algae, and the addition of chemical agents can easily cause secondary pollution to the water body. Therefore, general cyclic filtration technology is only suitable for landscape fountain water features with small water areas.
2. Drop water aeration method: Using drop water aeration, fountain or other aeration devices, oxygen is injected into the water to increase the dissolved oxygen content in the water, in order to achieve the purpose of water purification. Simple aeration can only improve the black and odorous phenomenon of water bodies, and has no significant treatment effect on inhibiting algae, degrading organic pollutants, and achieving clear water quality. It is not a complete treatment process.
3. Air flotation biochemical method: Air flotation technology generates tiny bubbles that adhere to algae particles and other suspended solids in water by pressurized oxygenation, and flocculants are added to flocculate them, causing algae particles and suspended solids to float to the surface of the water. Then, they are scraped off with a scraper to achieve the purpose of water treatment. It can separate and effectively remove algae particles and suspended solids in water, while increasing the dissolved oxygen content in the water. But the technical requirements for the construction party are high. Biochemistry involves adding biochemical fillers to water to effectively decompose organic matter in the water, thereby removing it. At the same time, air flotation technology also requires water circulation. Like the cyclic filtration method, the water treatment cycle is also an important constraint on the treatment effect. If the cycle is too long, the effect is not easily guaranteed.
The advantage of physical methods is that for small water bodies, they have a fast effect and a short cycle. The disadvantage is that the water quality cannot be guaranteed, and they cannot effectively remove algae, organic pollutants, and other pollutants. If the landscape water area is small, it can be treated by regularly replenishing and replacing water, which is low-cost, easy to manage, and has good results.
2、 Using chemical methods to treat scenic water
Chemical agents: Based on chemical principles, chemical agents are added to water, mainly nitrifying bacteria and flocculants, which have short-term effects but may cause secondary pollution and fish death. The effects are prone to recurrence and often lead to drug resistance.
This method is not recommended and should not be used unless in special circumstances. The advantage of using chemical methods for water treatment is quick effectiveness, but the disadvantage is that it can cause secondary pollution to the ecological environment, and its economic cost is relatively high. Over time, the water quality is difficult to guarantee.
3、 Using biological methods to treat landscape water bodies
Using biological methods to treat landscape water is the most scientific, but also the most complex. Simply put, it is to simulate the structure of an ecosystem and allocate the organisms in the food chain in a reasonable manner, so that the various organisms in the food chain can complement each other, making the entire ecosystem more stable and ultimately achieving the goal of purifying water quality. A complete ecosystem must have stable producers, consumers, and decomposers. Using biological methods to treat landscape water bodies simulates the ratio of producers, consumers, and decomposers in nature. Aquatic plants are producers in landscape water bodies, aquatic animals are consumers in landscape water bodies, and microorganisms are decomposers.
In practical application, some physical technologies will be combined with the project's own needs to assist in better landscape water treatment. Using biological methods to treat landscape water involves many disciplines, such as aquatic biology, microbiology, aquatic ecology, aquaculture, and other key disciplines. How to scientifically apply these disciplines to landscape water treatment has become a reference standard for landscape water treatment design planners.
The advantages of using biological methods to treat landscape water are: wide applicability, applicable to water bodies of all sizes, stable system, no need for replacement, low power consumption, long-term clarity, truly achieving sustainable development, in line with the spirit of building an ecological home at the 18th National Congress; The disadvantage is that the project is complex, highly technical, and difficult, requiring a professional team to build it.
