The overall cast bed body, high-frequency quenched hard rail, and milling part are composed of three rotatable milling heads. The milling heads can adjust the angle and are detachable, which can meet the processing requirements of different workpieces. It can achieve the simultaneous processing of three grooves with three milling heads forming 120 °, and the completion of two grooves with two milling heads forming 180 °. There are no less than 2 meters of feeding and receiving guide wheel frames at both ends of the equipment to achieve continuous processing.

Processing efficiency: Taking a 73 outer diameter, 240 pitch triple helix 2-4mm deep, DZ50 tube body, 42CRMO joint, and 28-32HRB hardness as an example, the maximum speed for milling 10 triple helices per meter is not more than 5 minutes.
