1、 Overview

DTSF1768 three-phase four wire DSSF1768 three-phase three wire electronic tiered electricity price multi rate electricity meter (peak and valley electricity meter) is another new type of electricity meter developed by our company, which has the function of measuring the electricity consumption of users in a time-sharing manner, and can achieve multiple electricity rate billing and centralized meter reading functions. The technical performance of this meter fully complies with the requirements of GB/T17215.321-2008 "Level 1 and Level 2 Electronic AC Active Energy Meter" and GB/T15284-2002 "Multiple Rate (Time of Use) Electricity Meter" national standards, and is suitable for measuring three-phase AC active energy with a rated frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz.

2、 Function and Features

It has the function of measuring positive and negative active energy. Negative energy is accumulated based on positive energy, but it is still stored separately. Whether it is communication, time period switching, or switching between positive and negative active energy, it will not affect the accuracy of pulse accumulation.
It has the function of measuring high demand of ZUI.
Four rates (peak, off peak, flat, valley) can be set for eight time periods, crossing zero points, and the time period status will not be affected by power outages, power transmission, or other harsh working environments.
Electric energy is measured and stored separately based on peak, off peak, off peak, off peak, and off peak electricity levels, as well as total electricity levels and reverse total, peak, off peak, off peak, and off peak electricity levels.
The electricity meter can store frozen data from the previous 12 months, including peak, off peak, flat, and valley data. The freezing date for electric energy data is any time between the 1st and 28th of each month, with the default date being 00:00 on the 1st of each month.
The battery adopts a needle welded backup green and environmentally friendly lithium battery. After power failure, the backup lithium battery can continuously provide the built-in clock with normal operation for at least 10 years.
Programming and meter reading operations can be completed through infrared and RS-485 communication interfaces.
The electricity meter has an active energy indicator light, a phase failure indicator light, and a pulse output of electrical energy; In the three-phase table, the indication of phase B being disconnected does not work.
The electricity meter adopts LCD display mode, which can display parameters such as time, date, and power. It is allowed to set the display time and content (please refer to the appendix for details). The number of digits displayed for electric energy is 5 integers and 1 decimal. The default setting is full display, and each item is displayed for 5 seconds.
The electricity meter adopts a hardware clock circuit. The built-in clock has calendar timing and automatic switching function for leap years;
After power failure, all stored data will not be lost and can be maintained for more than 10 years. Repeated power outages and power ups will not result in any changes to the battery level or pulse count.

3. Start: Under the conditions of reference voltage, reference frequency, and power factor of 1, when the load current is 0.4% (or 0.5%) and the calibration current is 0.2% (or 0.3%) according to the transformer meter, the electric energy pulse output indicator light should be able to continuously indicate and have electric energy pulse output within the time specified by the national standard.
