Three phase separation horizontal spiral discharge settling centrifuge
working principle:
The working principle of the three-phase horizontal spiral discharge settling centrifuge is similar to that of the standard horizontal spiral discharge settling centrifuge. With different solid densities, the settling layer is achieved by relying on the centrifugal force field. The lighter the liquid phase, the closer it is to the axis of rotation, and the heavier the liquid phase, the closer it is to the inner wall of the drum. The heaviest solid phase settles on the inner wall of the drum, and the light and heavy liquid phases are discharged from their respective channels designed by the door. The solid phase is discharged by the spiral feeder.
Some three-phase separators can be equipped with centripetal pumps, and one of the two liquid phases can be discharged by the centripetal pump, while the other liquid phase is discharged through the casing collection chamber. The use of a centripetal pump for liquid discharge can reduce liquid vaporization and prevent the separated liquid phases from leaking and remixing inside the casing.
The use of three-phase centrifuges can be divided into: light liquid phase/heavy liquid phase/solid phase three-phase separation
Three phase separation of light solid phase/liquid phase/heavy solid phase
Three phase separation of light liquid phase/solid phase/heavy liquid phase
Standard three-phase centrifuge refers to a three-phase separator used for: light liquid phase/heavy liquid phase/solid phase
