Product features:
The structure of the machine is asymmetric, with both the upper and lower rollers being active rollers driven by a motor for forward and reverse rotation, and the lower roller being driven by an oil cylinder for up and down movement, used for clamping and releasing sheet metal. The side roller is driven by a motor through a reducer synchronous shaft to drive the screw lift, and performs inclined lifting motion in the slide rail. During the rolling process, the curvature radius of the sheet metal is adjusted by adjusting the lifting and lowering of the side rollers. The machine is equipped with a hydraulic tipping mechanism, which greatly facilitates the discharge operation of finished workpieces.
