Overview of Time Plus Energy Billing System:
The time plus energy billing system uses a combination of energy and time based billing methods to measure the cost of central air conditioning, which is a compromise solution. Install heat and cold meters in the main pipes of each floor of each building to measure the consumption of heat and cold, and install devices for measuring the operating time of all central air conditioning terminal equipment under the main pipes of each floor.
Billing principle
The time plus energy billing system measures the cooling consumption of each floor by setting up a floor summary table. By setting up a device for measuring the operating time of each central air conditioning terminal, the operating time of each terminal is measured, and the air conditioning cost that the user should bear is calculated based on the nominal cooling capacity of the terminal equipment. This central air conditioning billing method assumes that the water supply temperature difference of each end device of the central air conditioning system is consistent, and the cooling efficiency of the equipment is the same.
Characteristics of Time Plus Energy Billing System
1. Arrears cut-off function: When users do not pay the relevant fees, they can control the cut-off of power or water valve (with additional control module).
2. Quality assurance of cooling/heating supply: A measuring starting temperature value can be set. When the temperature of the cooling/hot water supply is higher/lower than this starting point, the cooling/heating meter will not measure or accumulate energy.
3. Time slot metering function: It can measure the cold/heat of up to four time slots and charge according to different time slots. For example, normal working hours and overtime hours from Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday time periods, and holiday time periods such as May Day, National Day, and New Year's Day.
4. Real time monitoring function: It can dynamically record the usage trend of users during a specific time period, providing a basis for users to raise objections to measurement data.
