  • Usage: Used for surface protection of tin and its alloys

  • Function: To prevent surface oxidation and corrosion of tin and its alloy coatings, reduce friction coefficient, improve insertion and removal performance, stabilize contact resistance, especially for connectors with a large number of pins, which is more effective and improves solderability.

  • Status: Colorless, transparent, low viscosity liquid

  • Density: 1.40 g/cm at 15 ℃3Viscosity: 1.0 cst at 20 ℃

  • Flow point: below -40 ℃

  • Ignition point: None

  • Contact resistance: below 2m ohms (when applying the test piece)

  • Body resistance system: 1010Ohm · cm or more

  • Working temperature:- 60℃～＋100℃

  • Application temperature: room temperature Application dosage: about 26g/m2

  • Usage: Dip (or brush) the workpiece for 1 minute, then let it dry naturally at room temperature for 3 minutes
