Rubber rollers have the following functions in conveyor belts: 1. The unique product structure enables the conveyor belt to have the characteristics of non stick rollers, strong self-cleaning ability, and non stick belts in the environment of conveying sticky and wet materials; 2. This product fundamentally solves the serious problems of corrosion, roller sticking, tape deviation, and tearing commonly found in belt conveyors. 3. It has the characteristics of novel structure, easy installation and maintenance, smooth self centering conveying, non stick rollers, low noise, low energy consumption, and extended service life of adhesive tape. 4. It has a strong ability to automatically correct the deviation of the conveyor belt, while maximizing protection and avoiding the possibility of twisting and external tearing of the rubber conveyor belt; 5. At the same time, it maximizes the lifespan of the conveyor belt, saves energy consumption, greatly reduces production costs, and improves economic efficiency. Specific size parameters and other indicators can be changed or redesigned according to user requirements or actual usage.
Usage requirements:
1. Select rollers and brackets that match the specifications based on the width of the belt or the width of the machine mouth;
2. Install the matching roller bracket on the edge beam of the conveyor correspondingly. (Symmetrical deviation not exceeding 2mm)
3. Enlarge the axle shells at both ends of the roller into the ear slots of the bracket, and ensure that the horizontal angle between the roller and the frame is 20 or the corresponding distance dimension from the bracket. (The elliptical hole at the bottom of the bracket can adjust the angle and distance)
4. The spiral direction of the roller should be consistent during operation.
5. The installation distance of each set of rollers can be designed according to the specific gravity of the conveyed material, and the general installation distance is 0.8-1.0m.
6. The bearing part is equipped with grease fittings, and oil should be injected every 6 months.
7. The impact force during conveying operations shall not exceed 300Kg/m.
8. This product can be used within the range of -40 ℃ to 70 ℃. If it exceeds the range, it should be notified in advance. Special specifications of bi-directional spiral rubber rollers can be designed and produced according to different climatic conditions, working media, and machine models of the user.
9. During transportation and storage, it is prohibited to prevent heavy pressure, mechanical damage, and damage to the grease nipple.
