Each model of ultrafine grinding unit includes a main engine, a variable speed spiral feeder, a cyclone collector, a gas hammer oscillation device, a bag filter box gas flow pulse device, and a induced draft motor to create negative pressure. High power induced draft motor not only creates negative pressure in the conveying pipeline, allowing fine powder that meets the requirements to be automatically sucked into the pipeline by wind, but also carries away the heat continuously generated in the crushing chamber with the huge air volume, and has a strong cleaning effect on the pipeline of the crushing unit. The cyclone collector is equipped with a shut-off fan at the discharge outlet, and there is no dust flying at the powder outlet, achieving a clean, environmentally friendly, and energy-saving effect.

The WFJ-15/20 ultrafine grinding unit can process and grade various materials such as chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, dyes, resins, shells, etc. The machine has reached the international advanced level. It can effectively crush various materials such as rice, sugar, beans, agarwood, Sichuan pepper, pepper, coffee beans, cocoa beans, fennel, star anise, cinnamon, cumin, cardamom, thyme, etc.
Materials with particularly high oil content, such as sesame, walnut, peanut, almond, melon seed, etc., cannot be crushed separately. If it is necessary to crush materials with particularly high oil content, they need to be mixed with other materials that do not contain oil or have low oil content. The proportion of materials with high oil content should be as low as 25%. If there are large particles of high oil content materials, they need to be crushed by a crusher or stainless steel coarse crusher before being crushed by an ultrafine crushing unit (coarse crushing), and then ultrafine crushed by an ultrafine crushing unit.
