PRODUCT DETAILS
The transformer winding deformation tester is used to test the winding deformation of power transformers with voltage levels of 6kV and above, as well as other special purpose transformers. During operation or transportation, power transformers inevitably suffer from various short-circuit currents or physical impacts caused by faults. Under the strong electric force generated by short-circuit currents, the transformer windings may lose stability, leading to deformation phenomena such as local twisting, bulging, or displacement, which will seriously affect the smooth operation of the transformer. According to the national power industry standard DL/T911-2004, the frequency response analysis method is used to measure the deformation of transformer windings. This is achieved by detecting the amplitude frequency response characteristics of each winding of the transformer and comparing the detection results vertically or horizontally. Based on the degree of change in the amplitude frequency response characteristics, the possible deformation of the transformer windings can be determined.
1. Main technical features
Using the sweep frequency method to measure the characteristics of transformer windings, without lifting or disassembling the transformer cover, by detecting the amplitude frequency response characteristics of each winding, the distortion, bulging, or displacement of the windings can be accurately measured for transformers of 6kV and above.
Fast measurement speed, with a measurement time of less than 3 minutes for a single winding.
The frequency accuracy is very high, with an accuracy of over one thousandth.
Digital frequency synthesis provides higher frequency stability.
5000V voltage isolation, sufficient protection for testing computers.
L can load 9 curves simultaneously, and the relevant parameters of each curve are automatically calculated to diagnose the deformation of the winding and provide reference conclusions for diagnosis.
The analysis software has powerful functions, and the software and hardware indicators meet the national standard DL/T911-2004.
The software management is highly user-friendly and intelligent. After setting the parameters, all measurement work can be completed with just one key press.
The software interface is simple and intuitive, with clear menus for analysis, storage, report export, printing, and more.
