Tubular separator
Product details

A tubular separator is a mechanical device that uses centrifugal force to separate liquid and solid particles, as well as to separate various components in a mixture of liquids.
The tubular separator is currently an ideal equipment for separation using centrifugation, mainly used for liquid-solid, liquid-liquid, or liquid-liquid solid three-phase separation. It can separate particles up to 0.45 microns, especially suitable for the extraction, concentration, and clarification of materials with small differences in specific gravity between liquid and solid phases, fine solid particle size, low content, and strong corrosiveness of the medium.
Compared with other separation machines, it has the advantages of obtaining high-purity liquid phase and solid phase with low moisture content, continuous operation, automatic control, safe and reliable operation, saving manpower and occupying a small area, reducing labor intensity and improving working conditions. It has been widely used in biomedical, traditional Chinese medicine preparations, health food, beverage, chemical and other industries.

Tubular separatorIt is mainly used for separating various difficult to separate emulsions, especially suitable for liquid-liquid separation with very little weight difference. And the separation of liquid, liquid, and solid phases containing small amounts of impurities. (For example, blood separation) (separation of oil and water, while separating sediment). Separators are used for the separation of light and heavy oil, which refers to the separation of several immiscible oils with a specific gravity difference, and the separation of light and heavy oil fractions.
Tubular separatorWorking process:
Firstly, the liquid material enters the high-speed rotating drum from the lower inlet nozzle. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase with a higher specific gravity forms an outer ring (the outer ring is the heavy liquid phase), and the liquid phase with a lower specific gravity forms an inner ring (the inner ring is the light liquid phase). The liquid phase flows to the upper part of the drum and is discharged from their respective discharge ports. The solid phase with a higher density is subjected to greater centrifugal force and will deposit on the drum wall. After the drum is stopped, it is manually removed and discharged. This is liquid-liquid separation, also known as oil-water separation.
Tubular separatorThe main disadvantage is that clearing the solid phase requires a shutdown operation. Due to its small drum capacity. Solid phase is trapped in the drum. If there is a high proportion of solid phase, frequent shutdown is required to remove solid sediment. So we need to improve the separation performance of tubular separators by strengthening the research on separation theory and centrifugal separation process. Before using a tube separator, separate it once with a settling centrifuge for pre-treatment, and then use a tube separator for fine separation.

The GF105 tubular separator is used for oil-water separation: sludge dewatering, coal tar dewatering, waste engine oil dewatering, crude diesel oil acid residue removal, mainly for the separation and slag removal of oil and water, sewage treatment, etc. Widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, food, and pharmaceuticals.

In a method of separating liquid samples with different densities by centrifugation, a phase separation container is used. This type of phase separation container includes a shell with concentric inner and outer cylindrical walls defining a longitudinal axis, a top wall, and a piston body forming a bottom wall of the shell. This piston body, together with the outer cylindrical wall, inner cylindrical wall, and top wall, defines an annular chamber for receiving the liquid sample. The phase separation container also includes a reaction chamber for processing the phase separated from the annular chamber. The device also includes a liquid supply device, a motor device for rotating the phase separation container, and a transmission device.
A device for separating a liquid sample with different densities into phases by centrifugal separation, comprising: a phase separation container comprising: a shell, concentric inner and outer cylindrical walls defining a longitudinal axis, a bottom wall, and a top wall, wherein the outer cylindrical wall, the inner cylindrical wall, the bottom wall, and the top wall together define an annular chamber for receiving the liquid sample, a piston body comprising the bottom or top wall of the shell, and movable within the annular chamber from a first position for defining an internal volume within the annular chamber to a position for defining a small volume within the annular chamber. The second position of the internal volume, and a discharge conduit device connected to the annular chamber, a liquid supply device, A motor device is used to supply the liquid sample to the annular chamber of the phase separation container when the piston body is in the first position, a motor device is used to rotate the phase separation container around the longitudinal axis at a speed that can separate the liquid sample into the phase, and a transmission device is used to move the piston body in the annular chamber from the first position to the second position while rotating the phase separation container at the speed, so that one of the phases is discharged from the annular chamber through the discharge conduit device.

Regarding the safety evaluation of the main shaft of the tube separator:
We are interested inTubular separatorA flexible mechanics analysis was conducted on the working load of the spindle, and a mechanical technical model was established. The bending strength and fatigue combination strength during the start-up and shutdown processes of the separator were discussed,
An analysis was conducted on the crack tolerance and remaining life of the spindle, and an evaluation was made on the overall safety of the spindle.Tubular separator

It is a sedimentation centrifuge with a simple structure, reliable operation, and very high speed. Due to its high rotational speed, a flexible transmission structure is used between the drum and the motor to align the inertia axis of the drum with the rotation axis, in order to overcome the vibration caused by the imbalance of the drum.
