Shanghai Xunmiao specializes in providing various Swept Wavelength Tunable Laser (also known as wavelength scanning tunable laser), Broadsweepers), This is an external cavity tunable semiconductor laser with fast wavelength scanning function, high tuning accuracy, and high wavelength repeatability. It has a tuning bandwidth of 50nm in the 850nm band and a tuning bandwidth of 70nm in the 1060nm band.
The frequency selection device for this series of lasers is a tuned high-speed narrowband AOTF with active temperature control. This ensures a very high scanning speed for this series of swept frequency lasers, with the fastest scanning speed reaching 7us. In addition, AOTF also guarantees a very high linearity of scanning. The wavelength resolution of this series of swept frequency tunable lasers is 0.05nm. The RF control signal of AOTF can be programmed before leaving the factory according to the special timing requirements of customers for wavelength scanning. The active temperature control technology of AOTF ensures the long lifespan, high wavelength output stability, and high wavelength repetition accuracy of the swept frequency tunable laser.
The specially designed high-speed and high-precision closed-loop power control system ensures very high power stability during full spectrum high-speed wavelength scanning (100000 nm/s.).
The carefully designed external cavity structure ensures extremely high spectral purity throughout the entire scanning band, with a side mode suppression ratio of -50 dB.
