Scope of application:

This machine is independently developed by our company, absorbing similar equipment technologies from both domestic and foreign sources, and carefully crafted. It is mainly used for atmospheric pressure pasteurization of various bottled and canned beverages, canned fruits and vegetables. It can also be used for cooling tea drinks and juice drinks packaged in PET polyester bottles after hot filling, and for warming carbonated drinks and beer bottles, achieving the effect of one machine for two purposes.

Main features:

The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, with a top design that can fully open the cover, and a manhole observation port on the side for easy cleaning and maintenance. The high temperature resistant mesh belt chain can be freely adjusted for tightness through a tensioning wheel mechanism. The nozzle adopts SUS304 mist control surface technology, which sprays water evenly. Each temperature control section can achieve free temperature control, constant temperature, and cooling. The temperature can be set according to the user's needs, and the sterilization effect is good. The host driver adopts frequency conversion technology and stepless speed regulation, which enables effective control and selection of sterilization time, and the equipment runs smoothly and reliably. There are segmented reflux water tanks to recycle water resources, save energy, reduce consumption, and minimize waste. The appearance design is beautiful, generous, and simple.

By changing the temperature control system setting parameters of the spray sterilization machine, it can be used as a warm bottle machine in low-temperature filling production of carbonated beverages and beer, removing condensed water on the surface of the container, keeping the bottle body dry and clean, and facilitating labeling and packaging operations after the bottling line. The length and width of the equipment can be customized according to different customer requirements.
