This pump set integrates self-priming and non clogging sewage discharge, using a diesel engine driven axial reflux external hybrid type, and through the unique design of the pump body and impeller flow channel, there is no need to install a bottom valve or fill water during use. The pump set can suck and discharge liquids containing large solid particles and long fiber impurities, and can be widely used in municipal sewage and flood control projects, agricultural irrigation, etc. This pump set has a simple structure, good self-priming performance, strong sewage discharge capacity, high efficiency and energy saving, and easy use and maintenance.

KDZY-2F seriesTwo wheel vacuum assisted mobile pump truckIt mainly consists of a diesel engine, coupling, pump head, impeller, rear cover, mechanical seal, pump shaft, bearing seat, inlet valve, gas-liquid separation pipe, water inlet valve, inlet and outlet pipes, vacuum assist device, rainproof cabinet, two wheel mobile trailer, etc. The structure of the pump is shown in the above figure.
The working principle of the pump: The pump body is equipped with a liquid storage chamber, which is connected to the pump working chamber through the upper reflux hole and the lower circulation hole, forming an axial reflux external mixed system of the pump. After the pump stops working, a certain volume of liquid is stored in the pump chamber. When the pump starts, the liquid stored in the pump is ejected upward with air under the action of the impeller. The liquid flows back to the working chamber through the grid of gas-liquid separation pipes, and the gas is discharged from the pump, forming a certain degree of vacuum inside the pump and achieving self-priming. Simultaneously equipped with a vacuum assist device, it can achieve fast and efficient self-priming function.
