Ceramic outer spherical bearings are a deformation of deep groove ball bearings, characterized by a spherical outer diameter surface on its outer ring
Product details
Ceramic outer spherical bearings are a deformation of deep groove ball bearings, characterized by a spherical outer diameter surface on its outer ring, which can be fitted into the corresponding concave spherical surface of the bearing seat to adjust its center. Outer spherical bearings mainly bear radial and axial combined loads, and are generally not suitable for bearing axial loads alone.
The styles of ceramic outer spherical bearings include:
·UC double top thread locking, which can be used with wide inner rings and narrow inner rings through two top thread locking, available in spherical outer diameter and cylindrical outer diameter.
·UE/UEL eccentric sleeve locking, with the eccentric structure of the eccentric sleeve locking, can be used with wide inner rings and narrow inner rings, with two types: spherical outer diameter and cylindrical outer diameter.
·Concentric type, can be used with wide inner ring and narrow inner ring, with two types of spherical outer diameter and cylindrical outer diameter.
·UK locking sleeve.

Ceramic bearings have many advantages, including:
1. High speed bearings. Especially for hybrid ceramic bearings, the high speed can reach 450000 RPM, mainly used in the fields of dental phones and spindles.
2. High temperature ceramic bearings. The durable high temperature is 1200 degrees Celsius.
3. Corrosion prevention. This material itself has corrosion resistance and can be applied to strong acids, strong bases, minerals, organic salts, seawater, etc., such as electroplating equipment, electronic equipment, chemical machinery, shipbuilding, medical equipment, etc.
4. Non magnetic bearings: Non magnetic refers to non suction, which can reduce bearing wear and noise in advance. Application examples include demagnetization devices and precision instrument fields.
5. Electrical insulated bearings: Due to their high resistance, they can prevent arc damage to the bearings and can be used in electronic devices that require insulation.
6. High vacuum bearings: Due to the unique self-lubricating and oil-free properties of ceramic materials, ceramic bearings can overcome the problem of lubricating oil in ultra-high vacuum, which is something that ordinary bearings can never achieve.
