Product Introduction
The UHB-ZK corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant mortar pump is a cantilever single-stage single suction centrifugal pump designed and developed specifically for transporting corrosive media containing fine particles or crystals. The pump is made of steel lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE), which has excellent wear resistance, impact resistance (especially low-temperature impact resistance), creep resistance (environmental stress cracking resistance), and excellent corrosion resistance among all plastics.
Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) has the following excellent properties:
1. Strong wear resistance: Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) has the highest wear resistance among plastics, four times higher than nylon 66 (PA66) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and 7-10 times higher than carbon steel and stainless steel.
2. Strong impact resistance: Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) has the highest impact strength among general engineering plastics, five times that of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) copolymer, and can maintain stability at minus 196 ℃, which is a characteristic that other plastics do not have.
3. Excellent corrosion resistance: Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) can withstand various corrosive media (acids, bases, salts) and organic solvents within a certain temperature and concentration range, and can be immersed in 80 types of organic solvents at 20 ℃ and 90 ℃ for 30 days. There are no abnormal phenomena on the surface, and other physical properties have hardly changed.
4. Low friction coefficient: The internal friction system of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) is only 0.07-0.11, and it has self-lubricating properties. Under water lubrication conditions, its dynamic friction coefficient is half that of PA66 and polyoxymethylene (POM). When working in sliding or rotating form, the lubricity is better than that of steel and brass with lubricating oil added.
5. Good anti adhesion: Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) has excellent anti adhesion properties, comparable to PTFE, and therefore performs outstandingly when transporting media with high viscosity.
This series of products is designed for conveying media with certain corrosiveness and containing fine particles or crystals. It is manufactured using the steel lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) compression molding process, which has corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The structure is designed as a cantilever front opening, and the impeller is semi open (without a front cover plate), which enhances the passage of particles and impurities in the medium quickly through the pump chamber without blockage. The shaft seal is a K-type fluororubber sealing ring with an external cooling water jacket (optional containerized double end mechanical seal with cooling water jacket), which meets the dual requirements of corrosion resistance and wear resistance. In addition, fluoroplastic lining can be used according to customers' special corrosion or temperature resistance requirements, and non-standard models with special flow rates and head can also be customized.This product is widely applicable to liquids such as acids, alkalis, salts, oils, food and beverages, alcoholic beverages, organic solvents, etc., especially suitable for conveying highly corrosive liquids containing fine particles, such as conveying acid, alkaline clear liquids or slurries; Various corrosive slurries in the smelting industry; Various dilute acids in the sulfuric acid industry; Various types of wastewater in the environmental protection industry are both corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant.
