Working principle: Generally, materials are preheated by being pumped into the sterilization machine by a centrifugal pump into the hot and cold material heat exchange device. Then, they are quickly heated to the sterilization temperature through a high-pressure high-temperature barrel and maintained at about3In seconds, the microorganisms and enzymes inside are quickly killed. After the material is discharged from the high-temperature barrel, it is cooled by heat exchange with the cold material, usually at a temperature lower than65℃. If the temperature needs to be increased in the next process, it can be achieved by adjusting the angle type shut-off valve or circulation, etc. Otherwise, the discharge temperature can be reduced by connecting cooling water. The discharge is controlled by a throttle valve, which can keep the boiling point of the material above the maximum temperature while maintaining a certain pressure. During normal production, adjust this valve to generate back pressure control flow by overcoming spring pressure with the driving force of the pump. When cleaning and sterilizing the machine, it should be fully opened. The circulating storage tank can be used to prepare acid-base solutions and effectively clean the scale on the inner wall of the coil. Due to the simultaneous use of stainless steel three-way plugs, the flow rate can be appropriately adjusted.
