The OneInstructions for using magnetic flip board:
1. Open the box and check whether the model of the instrument is consistent with the selected model, and whether the flange size and center distance are consistent with the on-site dimensions.
2. The installation of the liquid level gauge should be vertical to ensure that the magnetic float can move freely up and down inside the main tube.
3. A valve should be installed between the liquid level gauge and the container to cut off the material during cleaning and maintenance.
4. No magnets are allowed to approach the cylinder of the level gauge, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the level gauge.
5. The liquid level gauge is generally not insulated when it leaves the factory, but it can be insulated according to user needs. If users choose to use heat tracing pipes themselves, non-magnetic materials should be used.
To prevent the magnetic float from sliding at high speed inside the main conduit and being hit during transportation, the level gauge is fixed to the lower drainage pipe with a card wire before leaving the factory. Users should first remove the card wire before installation.
7. 1) After the installation of UPVC and aluminum panel level gauges, magnetic steel should be used for calibration, and the magnetic flip plate should be guided to display white above the zero position.
2) If the magnetic sensitive electronic dual color level gauge only lights up for one segment or displays only one color, it is caused by low voltage. It is recommended to replace it with a DC24V 2A power supply.
When the liquid level gauge is put into operation, the valve of the liquid inlet pipe should be opened first, and then the valve of the lower liquid inlet pipe should be slowly opened to allow the liquid medium to flow smoothly, avoiding the rapid rise of the liquid medium with the float, which may cause the magnetic flip column to malfunction or flip randomly (if this phenomenon occurs, magnetic steel can be used to recalibrate)
When replacing the float, attention should be paid to the magnetic end of the heavy end facing upwards and not inverted!
10. There should be no fixed impurities entering the cylinder of the liquid level gauge to avoid jamming the float. According to the condition of the medium, the main pipe can be cleaned regularly to remove sediment and impurities from the tank.
Calibration instructions:
All level gauges undergo strict calibration before leaving the factory. The centerline of the flange below is the zero point, the centerline of the flange above is the full degree, and the distance between the two flange centers is the range of use of the instrument. If the user finds that there is a difference between the scale and zero position and the actual liquid level after entering the liquid, they can release the hose clamp, move the position of the flipper, and adjust the position of the flipper (scale) to correspond exactly to the actual liquid level value. If you find that the indicator flip board is arranged haphazardly, you can use the accompanying magnet to align the flip board and move it from top to bottom before installation, so that the flip columns are arranged neatly. When the flipping columns are arranged neatly and the float below is red and above is white, it indicates that the calibration is complete, and the flipping columns can be observed by entering water or moving the float.

Explosion proof switches, consisting of reed switches and safety barriers with relay contacts, can directly provide users with a pair of normally open or normally closed contacts. If users require more touchpoints, they can place special design orders. Refer to Figure 6 for wiring diagram

C usage precautions?
1) The transmitter housing is equipped with an external grounding, which must be reliably grounded when used by the user.
2) The use of safety barriers should comply with the relevant instructions.
3) The connecting cable between the transmitter and the intrinsic safety end of the safety barrier is a two core shielded cable with a core wire cross-sectional area greater than 0.5 mm2, and the cable allows a distributed capacitance of 0.8 uF.
3. Slowly pour water in to ensure that the flipper reaches the zero position of the ruler (or the position pre-set by the user), adjust the zero position potentiometer to output a current of 4mA;
4. Slowly fill the water to the full extent of the scale (or the position pre-set by the user), adjust the full potentiometer to ensure that the current output is exactly 20mA; 4. Repeat the above steps until the output is accurate. Generally, it has been adjusted before leaving the factory, and users do not need to adjust it again. If adjustment is needed, it is generally sufficient to adjust it 2 to 3 times.?
