Product Introduction:
The UP-A880 fully automatic ultraviolet oil analyzer is a professional instrument for achieving fully automatic measurement of petroleum in water. This instrument is fully developed in accordance with the standard of the People's Republic of China "HJ970-2018 Determination of Petroleum in Water Quality - UV spectrophotometry". It has stable performance, high accuracy, and fast detection speed, and is suitable for the determination of petroleum in surface water, groundwater, and seawater.
Principle:
The UP-A880 fully automatic ultraviolet oil analyzer extracts petroleum substances from water into n-hexane under pH ≤ 2 conditions. The extract is separated from oil and water, and then removed from polar substances such as animal and vegetable oils by a magnesium silicate adsorption column. The absorbance is measured at a wavelength of 225nm, and the petroleum content and absorbance values comply with Lambert Beer's law.
