UP-CYY-III infrared oil analyzer features:

Good stability: Made of aluminum alloy casting base, subjected to long-term stress failure treatment, precision optical, mechanical, and electrical integrated design, high energy, high signal-to-noise ratio.
Precision wavenumber scanning mechanism: using horizontal and rotational dual wavenumber positioning, with a positioning accuracy of ± 1cm-1It can be detected using polystyrene film and standard petroleum substances, and can achieve segmented scanning. Add wavenumber stepping technology encoder to achieve accurate wavenumber scanning step counting.
Efficient optical/electrical system design: Adopting a quasi ellipsoidal condenser to concentrate all the light beams on the detector, improving the signal-to-noise ratio of the entire machine. The pre integrated narrowband active filter and digital lock-in amplifier significantly improve the signal-to-noise ratio and can detect optoelectronic signals submerged in noise, which is the guarantee for improving the detection limit of the instrument.

Technical principle of UP-CYY-III infrared oil analyzer:
According to the HJ637-2012 (GB/T16488-1996) standard, oil substances in water (or gas, solid) are extracted with carbon tetrachloride, and the total extract is determined. Then, the extract is adsorbed with magnesium silicate, and after removing polar substances such as animal and vegetable oils, petroleum substances are determined. The total extract and petroleum content were calculated based on the absorbance A2930, A2960, and A3030 at spectral numbers 2930 cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bond in CH2 group), 2960 cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bond in CH3 group), and 3030 cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bond in aromatic ring), respectively. The content of animal and vegetable oils is calculated based on the difference between the total extract and petroleum content.
