The 325-40 electric cleaning ultraviolet disinfection system is one of the second mutual disinfection equipment. A batch of 8 325-30 ultraviolet disinfection systems have been continuously tested by surface water plants, and the effluent quality meets the design capacity of ultraviolet disinfection equipment and the national tap water quality standards. The client has decided to carry out installation and renovation work on ultraviolet disinfectors for the remaining 5 water stations managed by the company.

This set of 325-40 electric cleaning ultraviolet sterilizer adopts Philips 325 watt ultraviolet sterilization lamp and matching 325 watt electronic ballast. The cleaning structure adopts the newly developed cleaning component by our company's technical department. This cleaning component has the structural characteristics of good cleaning effect, low friction, and no wear on quartz sleeve. The cleaning motor adopts an imported brand private server motor, and the UV chamber is designed with an absolute intensity detector to detect the absolute intensity of the UV sterilization lamp online. The electronic control part adopts a one-to-one form, and the PLC system collects the working status of each ultraviolet sterilization lamp. The control panel can collect the variation curve of ultraviolet intensity, the cumulative working time of ultraviolet sterilization lamps, the time and location of lamp pole failures (the display position of the ultraviolet sterilization lamp is consistent with the installation position), the setting of automatic cleaning interval time, cleaning duration, and cleaning frequency can all be achieved on the control panel.
