1、 Product Introduction:

Ultra high temperature viscosity testing system, when the melt temperature reaches 2200Melting at ℃, such as quartz glass, which can test temperatures up to 1800~2200℃ is called ultra-high temperature viscosityRotational method for viscosity testing: The viscosity value of SiO ₂ is measured by the torque generated by the continuous rotation of a rotor immersed in the molten material. The torque is proportional to the resistance formed by the viscous drag of the rotor immersed in the molten material, and therefore proportional to the viscosity. The viscosity characteristics of ultra-high temperature quartz are determined.

The sample melting furnace adopts a vacuum graphite heating furnace. The graphite tube is fed with high current at both ends, and the temperature can reach 2500 degrees in a vacuum environment. The sample cup is loaded from the bottom into the middle constant temperature zone of the graphite tube for heating. There are small holes at the top of the furnace body, which facilitate the testing rotor to penetrate into the sample cup groove for testing. As shown in the picture
