The LT-730 series is an ultra-low online turbidity sensor developed by Pyxis based on the 90 degree scattered light detection principle. The sensor integrates Pyxis' advanced technology in the field of optical detection and can be used to measure turbidity in the range of 0.000 to 1000 NTU, with a minimum resolution of 0.001 NTU. In addition, in conjunction with the UC-100 controller, the LT-736 online ultra-low turbidity sensor measurement values and other data are displayed. Through the controller's color touch screen and user-friendly human-machine design interface, the output, relay, and turbidity sensor module are configured and calibrated to interact with and control other devices, thus achieving the Pyxis LT-730 series online ultra-low turbidity analyzer testing system. It can be widely used in tap water pipelines, secondary water supply, swimming pool water monitoring, etc. The complete set of analyzers adopts wall mounted installation.

Cleaning and calibration
For most city official website water and tap water applications, the LT-730 series with FR-100 circulation pool can achieve maintenance free operation for one month. During this period, the probe can maintain high-precision and stable measurement operation without additional cleaning and maintenance work.
The frequency of cleaning and calibration depends on the degree of contamination of the probe and flow cell by impurities such as iron, manganese, oil, and microorganisms in the water sample. The LT-730 series can be wirelessly diagnosed, cleaned, and calibrated through the MA-WB Bluetooth adapter and UPyxis mobile app or desktop application. When using uPyxis for wireless two-point calibration, an empty/pre cleaned reservoir or turbidity secondary dry standard can be used as the zero point calibration, and the Formazine turbidity standard solution can be used for slope correction. It is recommended that users clean and maintain the probe once a month, without the need for tool maintenance. The disassembly and cleaning of the probe is convenient and fast, taking at least 2 minutes.
