NanoReady ultra micro UV visible spectrophotometer is a commonly used laboratory analytical instrument developed and produced by Suizhen, widely used in molecular biology experiments for DNA RNA、 Protein detection is also used for absorbance detection in general substance analysis. Common detection methods include built-in nucleic acid, UV visible, protein, cell culture, dye markers, etc. Variable optical path detection achieves a minimum sample volume of 0.5 μ L, suitable for detecting precious samples or high concentration samples without dilution. At the same time, it is equipped with a colorimetric dish detection function, and the colorimetric dish tank is built-in with heating and magnetic stirring functions.

Therefore, high concentration samples can be directly detected without dilution, with a maximum of 15000ng/μ L ds DNA; For precious samples, a minimum volume of 0.5 μ L can be used for detection. Users can customize different colorimetric dishes with optical paths greater than 1mm to achieve flexible and convenient detection functions.
Ultra wide wavelength range:The continuous wavelength range is 185-910nm, and any wavelength band can be selected to detect more types of samples, with a wider near-infrared wavelength range to meet diverse detection requirements.

Accurate optical path: Using a stepper motor combined with unique dual track precise positioning (DPTL) technology, the optical path accuracy reaches 0.001mm, thereby achieving high repeatability in absorbance detection.
Optical path accurate colorimetric dish detection mode: a colorimetric dish detection mode with magnetic stirring function, and can set heating function and stirring rate for dynamic analysis and detection; Users can customize different optical paths of 1mm, 2mm, 5mm, and 10mm. (F-1100 does not have this function)

Unique designed pipette holder for easy sample addition: The ingeniously designed auxiliary pipette holder stabilizes the accuracy of micro liquid detection and addition. It can be installed on both sides, making it easy to add liquid with one hand.
