QUINTSONIC Ultrasonic Coating Thickness Gauge

The QUINTSONIC ultrasonic coating thickness gauge is suitable for measuring the following coatings:

Paint, plastic, enamel, other insulating metals

The coating substrate can be wood, plastic, glass, concrete, ceramic, or metal

QUINTSONIC can also switch modes to measure material thickness

QUINTSONICMeasurement:

Place the probe on the surface of the coating, and the probe will emit ultrasonic pulses that pass through the coating and reach the substrate. These ultrasonic pulses are reflected from the interfaces of each layer in sequence and are then received by the probe's ultrasonic sensor, which measures the degree of micro processing and the total thickness of the coating. A measurement takes less than 2 seconds, and the data is grouped and stored. When connected to a MININPRINT printer, it can also print out all ordered stored readings and statistical data.

It should be noted that the novel QuintSonic coating thickness gauge is a non-destructive, convenient, fast, and effective instrument for measuring the thickness of various coatings on non-metallic materials. Previously, such coatings could only be detrimental to measurement.
