Introduction to underground dump trucks

The carriages of underground dump trucks are divided into two types: backward tilting and lateral tilting. The piston rod movement is controlled by the control system, and backward tilting is more common. Pushing the piston rod causes the carriage to tilt, with a few tilting in both directions. High pressure oil enters the lifting hydraulic cylinder through the distribution valve and oil pipe, and there is a driver's cab safety protection plate at the front end of the carriage. All configurations of underground dump trucks can be customized according to customer requirements to adapt to different tunnels, environments, and slopes.

1. Adopting domestic brand engines, transmissions, and rear axles, with low speed and high torque, the climbing performance is greatly improved.

2. Increasing the size of the desert filter greatly reduces the entry of sand and dust, making it suitable for use in mining areas and extending the service life of the engine.

3. Superior waterproof performance, the vehicle's wiring and electrical appliances are treated with high-grade waterproof sealing, effectively avoiding the phenomenon of leakage caused by excessive water in the tunnel.

4. Large angle turning, small turning radius, suitable for complex road conditions with narrow and multiple bends in tunnels.

5. Domestically, regular frames are used, which have better toughness than traditional frames and remain unchanged even under heavy pressure.
