1、 Basic principles of underground hotel sewage treatment equipment

Using activated sludge process to purify wastewater. The principle is to utilize the life activities of aerobic bacteria to form biological flocs in sewage, which cause suspended and colloidal organic pollutants to become unstable and flocculent, adsorb on the surface of activated sludge, degrade organic matter, and significantly reduce BOD and COD in water.

2、 Key technologies for underground hotel sewage treatment equipment

Basic structure: It is composed of stainless steel or carbon steel anti-corrosion treated components. The device is equipped with a dual function aerator with underwater aeration and water flow propulsion. When treating sewage, the sewage flows into the aeration zone from the top of the device, and the aerator aerates and stirs the sewage underwater. The incoming sewage quickly mixes with the original mixture to adapt to changes in the incoming water quality to the maximum extent. The aerator has dual functions of water flow propulsion and underwater aeration, allowing the sewage in the aeration zone to circulate regularly and rapidly increase the dissolved oxygen content in the sewage. Due to the continuous circulation of sewage in the aeration zone, the water quality at each point in the zone is relatively uniform, and the number and properties of microorganisms are basically the same. Therefore, the working conditions of each part of the aeration zone are almost the same. This controls the entire biochemical reaction under good and uniform conditions. Organic matter is gradually degraded by microorganisms, and sewage is purified.



3、 Characteristics of Underground Hotel Sewage Treatment Equipment

1. The device is made up of factory treated carbon steel anti-corrosion or stainless steel components, which are assembled on-site. Lightweight, easy to transport, convenient to install, corrosion-resistant, and have a long service life;

2. The structure is reasonable and compact, buried underground for thermal insulation, and can still operate normally in the cold winter (-30 ℃), adapting to the vast climate environment in the north and south of China; It can also be placed in a pond, borrowing terrain to blend into the surrounding environment and reduce land occupation. No pollution, no noise, no odor, reducing secondary pollution;

3. Not limited by the amount of sewage, flexible and adaptable, can be used individually or in combination with multiple. Therefore, it is suitable for installation in residential areas, tourist attractions, hotels, villas, barracks, schools, highway toll stations and other living gathering areas nearby, without the need to lay a large number of sewage collection pipeline networks. If the water volume is large, it can also be arranged in groups for centralized treatment, and small sewage treatment plants (stations) can be built;

4. High degree of automation, low energy consumption, and low management costs;

5. High purification efficiency, with a BOD removal rate of 80% to 90%. The effluent meets the second or first level (B) standards of the national "Pollutant Discharge Standards for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants" (GB 18918-2002), and can be discharged in compliance with standards. At present, many customers are requesting further support for ozone strong oxidation deep treatment to meet the standards of "Water Quality Standards for Landscape Environment Water Use in Urban Wastewater Recycling" (GB/T 18921-2002) and achieve recycling.

The biggest feature is that the sewage treatment project can be arranged as a landscape. Because AFDM is buried underground and has good water discharge effect, the surface greening rate can reach over 90%. If special iconic tree species or lawns that are cold resistant and water loving are used, a water treatment landscape that integrates streams, fountains, ponds, and fish ponds can be formed, turning polluted water into clean springs. This not only treats sewage but also beautifies the environment, satisfying people's desire to live near mountains and rivers.

Made of stainless steel and carbon steel anti-corrosion materials, it meets the technical requirements and standards in the industry, and the equipment has a service life of 50 years.

2: Condition requirements

The AFDM device should be debugged after running for 5-10 days. After running for 1 month, the water quality of the treated sewage should meet the second or first level (B) discharge standards of GB 18918-2002.

At present, further treatment with ozone sterilization is being carried out to ensure that the effluent meets the GB 18921-2002 standards for urban recycled water and urban miscellaneous water quality, and is reused as reclaimed water.
