This customized equipment can install double-layer bending molds (with two bending radii), suitable for one-time forming of various circular pipes, square pipes, and profiles with different radius sizes and spatial angles. And try to eliminate the cumulative processing errors caused by multiple clamping of pipe fittings in traditional bent pipes as much as possible.
This customized equipment has a push bending function. When a workpiece has both small and large bending radii or multiple large curvature requirements (which cannot be achieved by mold bending), this machine can use the bending method of the next layer of mold to perform small radius bending, and then automatically lift it to the upper layer of mold to use the three-axis roller principle for push bending processing of large curvature. Simply set the arc length and angle through the computer, and it can be automatically executed. When operating the equipment, the bending parameters can be input to automatically complete actions such as bending, mold changing, and pushing bending, which is simple, convenient, and safe. This device adopts four control methods: touch screen, keyboard, mouse, and flywheel fine adjustment, greatly improving ease of operation.
