Product Details:
V230/V231 D12/D13Self operated pressure regulating valve
V230/V231 D12/D13 self operated pressure regulating valve (commander operated type), consisting of regulating valve, actuator, and commander, is an energy-saving product that does not require external energy and relies solely on the pressure changes of the regulated medium to automatically regulate pressure. It can be used as a pressure control device for non corrosive (maximum temperature 350 ℃) liquids, gases, steam and other media. Widely applicable to industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and light industry, as well as urban heating and heating systems.

Valve body material
PN16: Cast iron (working temperature ≤ 200 ℃);
PN4.0: Cast steel, cast stainless steel (working temperature ≤ 350 ℃)Valve core material
stainless steel; The soft seal is made of stainless steel embedded with rubber rings
Maximum working pressure MPa
Nominal pressure (note the relationship between △ Pmax and working pressure and working temperature)
Note:
1. When the liquid temperature exceeds 140 ℃ and the gas temperature exceeds 80 ℃, the valve is inverted;
2. Z-value: Noise measurement coefficient, which is used to measure the magnitude of noise. For specific calculations, please refer to the selection guide for self regulating valves
