During optimum operation (cold water temperature ≤ 4°C), between 50 - 60% of the valuable materials in the exhaust air (acetic acid and alcohol) can be regained. The condensate which is regained then flows back into the connected ACETATOR/Fermenter without any additional auxiliary energy required.
