In order to reduce the production cost of solar chips, Sensapat has developed VISOR ® Solar sensors are used to broaden the application range of visual sensors. This compact sensor can locate and detect damage to solar chips. It can guide the robotic arm to accurately pick up and place objects. During the picking and placement process, any finely broken chips or solar cells can be directly removed before they are completely damaged and affect other materials.

SENSOPART VISOR ® Sensors can also be used in existing production lines - just like light barriers - they are easy to use. After a unit is printed, the sensor will detect whether it is damaged, which will affect the entire printing process. Through this method, you don't have to worry about mechanical damage caused by unit damage.
