The VM series multifunctional small gantry vertical machining center is widely used in the automotive, aerospace, printing and packaging, textile machinery, refrigeration and petrochemical, and locomotive and vehicle industries, for CNC machining of various precision parts such as plates, disks, boxes, frames, and molds. After one clamping, the workpiece can automatically complete multiple processes such as milling, drilling, boring, reaming, and tapping.

Machine tool features:

The bed body is made of high-strength cast iron material and resin technology casting, and is arranged with "rice shaped" rib plates to improve the rigidity and strength of the bed body.

To meet the heavy load cutting requirements of machine tools and solve the strength and rigidity of large-span crossbeams, the crossbeam adopts an integral large section truss structure and undergoes stress relief treatment; The crossbeam guide rail adopts heavy-duty linear rolling guide rail, with high positioning accuracy and optimized servo drive performance; At the same time, it has a high load-bearing capacity and good cutting seismic performance, which can improve the characteristics of the machine tool, enhance its accuracy and stability, and extend its service life.

The X-axis drive motor drives the worktable to achieve feed motion, ensuring the positioning accuracy of the worktable. At low speeds, it ensures no crawling and can be locked with arbitrary feed within the stroke, providing sufficient stability during operation.

The Y-axis drag plate adopts an AC servo motor to directly drive the large-diameter ball screw, reducing the transmission chain and improving reliability and accuracy. The ball screw adopts a large diameter and small lead structure to improve the transmission accuracy of the machine tool and is more suitable for mold processing.

The Z-direction guide rail pair adopts imported rolling linear guide rails and adopts a large preload force while selecting a six slider support structure, achieving high precision retention and cutting seismic resistance.
