• Operation method:
  In microbiological testing, the sterile microporous filter membrane is placed on a sterilized filtration system support pad, a sterilized filter cup is installed, the liquid sample to be tested is poured in, the vacuum pump is turned on to -0.5 atmospheric pressure, the corresponding filter cup valve is opened for filtration, and the microorganisms contained in the sample are trapped and enriched on the filter membrane. Then, the filter membrane is attached to the corresponding culture medium for constant temperature cultivation, and the corresponding colonies are counted.
