1、 Working principle:

The vacuum feeder uses a vacuum generator to generate a vacuum, which keeps the inlet of the suction nozzle and the entire system in a certain vacuum state. The powder particles are sucked into the nozzle along with the external air, forming a material airflow, which passes through the suction tube to reach the hopper, where gas and material are separated. The separated materials enter the receiving equipment. Feeding and discharging are achieved through the continuous opening and closing of a pneumatic three-way valve, which is controlled by a cyclic time relay. The vacuum feeding machine is equipped with a compressed air back blowing device. Each time the material is discharged, the compressed air pulse blows back to the filter bag, knocking down the powder adsorbed on the surface of the bag to ensure that the suction can operate normally
