The vacuum mixing pot uses high viscosity food materials, pre cooking, preparation, concentration, spherical pot body, jacket heating (steam), and a worm gear reducer to drive horizontal axis mixing. The mixing speed is controlled by a frequency converter and stepless speed regulation. The mixer uses polytetrafluoroethylene slurry to scrape the edges (roll the material) and stir without dead corners. The mechanical transmission unloading, reset, and hydraulic opening and closing of the cover are all controlled by buttons and PIC controls. The vacuum pumping system uses a water ring vacuum pump.
