control system
This system adopts PLC programming for automatic control and touch screen panel settings, which can achieve automatic control of pre coating and filtration processes. During filtration, the scraper feed can be automatically adjusted according to the filtration efficiency of the material liquid. It has functions such as automatic protection of scraper stroke, automatic control of filter material liquid level, and automatic suction control of filtered materials. The control equipment includes vacuum drum filter, waste diatomaceous earth storage tank, material liquid conveying pump, waste soil tank mixing, and waste soil tank upper and lower liquid level control.

Working principle diagram
Working principle
The vacuum drum filter equipment is mainly used for the treatment of waste diatomaceous earth liquid, so it is also called waste diatomaceous earth treatment equipment. The equipment is driven by a reducer to continuously rotate the filtering drum at a constant speed. Using the vacuum pressure difference formed by the vacuum pump, the material flowing through the filter tank is sucked and filtered through the distributor inside the filtering drum. The water in the material liquid is continuously sucked into the tank for discharge or recovery; Solid materials (such as diatomaceous earth) are uniformly adsorbed on the outer surface of the drum to form a filter cake layer. When the filter cake layer reaches a certain thickness, the scraper in the discharge area is automatically fed to the cutting cake layer position, and the solid material is continuously cut into the receiving tank for bagging treatment. This cycle achieves continuous suction and filtration operations, separating the discharged water from the filter residue that needs to be discarded for treatment, meeting environmental and hygiene requirements.
