1、 Operation Guide
1. Please set a reasonable operation and shutdown time when the device is running automatically, and complete the entire process as required;
2. According to the different sludge concentrations, adjust the "flow control tube" to different heights, rotating downwards for high sludge concentrations and upwards for low sludge concentrations;
3. The amount of sludge should be moderate to prevent adverse consequences. If the amount of sludge is overloaded, the sludge will accumulate in the concentration section of the dewatering machine due to the excessive amount of sludge, affecting the normal operation of the machine;
4. It is strictly prohibited for hard solids such as large slag blocks, wooden blocks, and metal blocks to flow into the sludge pump body and the filter body of the dewatering machine;
5. Although the device has self-cleaning function, manual cleaning is sometimes required. At this time, water should not be poured onto electrical components such as motors and control boxes;
6. When this device is switched to manual operation, the control of sludge water level will be ineffective, so manual operation should be avoided as much as possible.
