Overview of Veolia Small Clinical Analyzer
ELGA's MEDICA series is a specially designed pure water equipment for clinical diagnostic analysis systems. It uses drinking water as the inlet and combines various unique and advanced purification technologies to produce pure water with stable purity and water quality that meets NCCLS Level I (reagent grade) standards.
Multiple water production rates suitable for different needs
According to the water consumption requirements of various clinical analyzers, the MEDICA series offers six products with different water production rates. There are two types of small MEDICA, with a water production rate of 7 liters and 15 liters per hour, and the option to use degassing technology is available. There are three types of medium-sized MEDICA, with hourly water production of 30 liters, 60 liters, and 100 liters respectively. There is also a large-scale machine shared by multiple analyzers, with a water production capacity of 200 liters per hour.
Reliability comes from high-purity and stable water quality
MEDICA utilizes advanced water treatment processes such as adsorption, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, photooxidation, microfiltration, and degassing to produce stable, high-quality, and low bacterial content pure water that fully meets the requirements of clinical analysis systems. In addition, every component of MEDICA has undergone rigorous testing, making it a reliable pure water system for users.

Internal circulation ensures low bacterial content
All models of MEDICA-R systems have internal circulation function, fully ensuring high water quality and low bacterial content.
Fully automatic microcomputer control system
MEDICA's advanced fully automatic microcomputer control system helps users strictly monitor the system's operating status, including effluent water quality, water temperature, and the use of consumables. Water quality alarm points can be set as needed to ensure the normal operation of the system every day.
Emergency bypass pipeline
To deal with unexpected situations such as power outages or other situations that affect the normal operation of the system, MEDICA can continue to produce ultrapure water by connecting the inlet water source through an emergency bypass pipeline, passing through UV lamps, ion exchange filters, and filtration filters.
Multi purpose pure water system
The small MEDICA 7/15 system can not only be used for clinical diagnostic analysis system water intake, but also provide pure water of the same quality to other laboratories using the water intake faucet on the system.
Standard integrated system design
The DV25 water tank can store 25L of pure water, and its L-shaped embedded design saves space and solves the problem of the tank occupying a large amount of space independently, integrating the system and the water tank into one. By connecting the water tank to the system's microcomputer control center through a liquid level signal line, the water tank is equipped with automatic liquid level control function, which can be easily controlled through the system's GRID graphic control panel.
Compliant with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
The RS232 printer interface of MEDICA 7 and 15 systems can directly connect to the printer to print water quality reports and system operation data, in compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
Easy maintenance
MEDICA is easy and convenient to maintain. Front door design, quick plug-in interface, can easily replace consumables in just a moment. In addition, MEDICA also has a simple cleaning and disinfection program to keep the system in good working condition at all times.
