　　Product Introduction

　　The vertical spiral belt mixer produced by Rihong Drying is capable of mixing powder with powder, powder with particles, and powder with sheet-like materials. The equipment consists of a transmission part, vertical spiral bars, and inverted conical barrels. During operation, the spiral belt drives the surrounding materials to lift upwards, and the central material falls downwards under the action of heavy force. This cycle of lifting, lowering, and repeating work achieves uniform mixing and high mixing uniformity; Generally used for large-scale mixing, the mixing time is relatively long and the power is relatively low. The equipment has a production capacity of approximately 10-50 tons per day. At present, this product has been widely used in food, medicine, cosmetics, additives, fine chemicals, essence and spices, aluminum powder, lithium batteries and other fields.

　　1. Equipment materials: ordinary carbon steel, SUS304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel. Multiple equipment materials are available for users to choose from, meeting different product hygiene, corrosion, wear resistance and other requirements.

2. Liquid addition: Liquid materials can be atomized and added to the mixer by spraying, ensuring even mixing of small amounts of liquid.

3. Heating and mixing: The mixer can be heated and cooled during the mixing process to meet the constant temperature requirements of various materials during the mixing process.

4. This product has low power requirements, high uniformity in mixing, convenient discharge, and can produce large equipment volumes with relatively long mixing times. It is generally used for large-scale mixing, such as seasoning instant noodles, coloring dyes, and other environments.
